One of the easiest and fastest ways to add them into your diet is in a smoothie, I love avocado combined with chocolate but I feel amazing when I have it as my green smoothie of the day. This is an easy and simple green smoothie, you can have it during Detox, if you’re doing Lean Out substitute the mango for green apple.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup mango chunks (you can use frozen too)
- 2 cups spinach (any green can work)
- 1/2 banana
- 1 avocado
Instructions
- Blend everything together till smooth
