Let’s put it together Single Session Plan
This is one single, powerfully focused session, is available via Skype, telephone, or in-person. This plan is ideal for the person who is ready to make changes in a laser focused way. During this one hour session, we have the opportunity to give your life a jump-start. We will map out your personal goals and you will have a plan of a action. After the session, you will receive my detailed session notes delivered to your inbox. $100.00
You have me for a day of discovering, learning and take action plan
• The day starts with a healthy breakfast.
• Right after breakfast we go to a health food store for a one hour and a half tour and shopping (You’ll have the chance to select the ingredients for our afternoon cooking lesson)
• After shopping we get to a nice peaceful place for a one hour Morning session where we can discuss goals and strategies. Come with questions, you’ll take home knowledge to empower you and keep you going in your journey.
• The next step is lunch, I’ll take you to one of the best healthy restaurants in town for a delicious lunch, this will be the chance to learn how to order making the necessary changes that fit in your dietary requirements.
• After lunch we’ll go to your home for a pantry makeover discovery session and a personalized cooking lesson.
• At the end of the day you’ll be with the product of our cooking efforts, a basket with my favorite goodies for you to start filling your pantry.
After our day together I’ll send you an email with all our notes, helpful handouts and information that suits your needs.
Bonus: You’ll get an hour follow up session to discuss the challenges you’re facing and strategies to help you moving forward your goals. This session has to be booked in the next couple of months after our VIP day. $890.00
Discover and recharge 8 week program
This program will help you to go deep. We’ll make a weekly plan based in your specific needs with tips, action steps, recipes and budget proof shopping suggestions.
• 8 sessions at 1 per week, in person, by phone or skype.
Price $ 640 (4 payments $160.00) pay in full $600.00
These appointments range from 30-50 minutes depending on the arranged program and are provided weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Content of the sessions are based on client goals, progress, and needs. Topics may include General nutrition, beneficial foods for a healthy lifestyle, gluten, dairy and sugar free alternatives, transitioning to a gluten, dairy and/or grain free and vegan diets, tips on eating out, etc. Suggested meal plans purchased separately. $80.00
Plan Your Meals
This is a 7 – day meal plan that is personalized to your likes, dislikes, and nutrition needs. An easy to follow tracking system is provided for a smooth transition to your new way of eating. Recipes are also provided as needed. $135.00
Book a grocery tour with Sandra at your local grocery store with just you or your friends to discover the right way to grocery shop, unhealthy products to stay away from and nutritious choices. You will be able to use the information from this tour over and over again in your daily life. $130.00

Getting rid of snacks, treats and foods in your pantry, refrigerator and freezer that tempt you every day is a wonderful first step in revolutionizing your health. Helpful kitchen appliances will be recommended to help you be more efficient in the kitchen when your time is limited, without compromising your nutrition. Our pantry and refrigerator makeover is a personalized, one-on-one session where we will talk about your challenges, your favorites, how to rebuild your go-to items, and a review of the items you already have as well as what you may need in order to keep you making healthy choices when you reach for a snack or planning for dinner!
You will learn WHAT to put in your pantry, WHERE you should put it, HOW to read food labels, and time saving techniques for food storage and preparation. A guided grocery shopping trip is a recommended follow-up to this service to fill up your kitchen with healthier options. $195.00

Healthy Cooking Lesson
Book Sandra to come to your home for a healthy cooking lesson! Learn to cook new healthy recipes or your favorite recipes with a healthy spin, all gluten and dairy free. Also learn techniques to utilize the right ingredients and tools to lower calories, increase nutrients, and quicken your meal prep time. Themed lessons also available such as vegetarian cooking, grain-free cooking, vegan etc.
Ingredients are to be provided by client and should be available at time of lesson. $250.00
